Equipment and Facilities
Free weights: Dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, and many more. Our free weight area offers all levels to build strength.
Cardio Equipment: You can use treadmills, bikes, rowers, and more to boost your endurance and help shed calories.
Functional Equipment: Items associated with full body movements such as resistance bands, sleds, and boxes, are categorized as functional equipment. These devices increase a person’s functional strength.
Mobility and Recovery Space: We have foam rollers, stretching mats, and space for cooldowns/stretches.
Clean and Safe Environment: All equipment and machines are thoroughly cleaned regularly and we ask all gym members to clean the machines after use.

Services We Provide
Personal Training: Get dedicated attention for 60-mins to maximize results. This is a great option if you want your training sessions to work with your schedule, and if you prefer to train solo.
Semi-Private Training: Join up to 4 other people for 60-mins of training. The sessions are designed so that the majority of each person’s training is customized for their goals. This is a great option if you enjoy the group environment.
Group Classes: Strength, cardio, and bodyweight exercises — all mixed in one program. Expert coaching to teach you new skills while keeping you safe. Beginner & advanced versions of every workout. Free access to our nutrition app in all group class plans. True small group classes (8-12 people) means space to move and learn effectively.

We offer a variety of strength training machines, cardio machines, and flexible fitness tools. These tools comprise barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, and resistance bands as well as push sleds. Our equipment is easy to learn how to use properly, and our knowledgeable staff is always available to show you how to use it safely.
