Brazen Fitness is a functional fitness gym unlike any other

We offer CrossFit-like classes but we do things a little differently than most CrossFit gyms.

Strength First

Strength and lean muscle are the indisputable foundation to your success. We start classes with a strength component 3-4x/week. We do squats, presses, pull-ups, deadlifts, cleans, you name it. We use dumbbells, kettlebells and barbells. We specialize in this.

All Fitness Levels

Whether you’re 18 or 78, you can thrive in our gym. Our classes are designed to be scalable to any level of fitness. Our coaches will work with you to modify, substitute and scale as needed.

Smarter Programming

We are not here to “wreck” you every time you come in. We are here to make sure you get in the best shape of your life. For that, we have structure and safety built into our workouts so you keep making progress for a long, long time.

A Better Coach-to-Athlete Ratio

How does it feel to be packed into a class of 30-40 people like sardines? You won’t feel that way at Brazen. Our classes are capped to ensure our coaches get to spend plenty of 1-on-1 time coaching you.

Look Great Naked

The thing about building lean muscle is that you end up looking & feeling really good. Our FLEX workouts are included in our programming to give you that burn and that pump.

Fewer Injuries

We incorporate physical therapy and yoga elements into our weekly training in order to help your body recover. We track injury data among our members to make sure our programming is as safe as possible.

WHAT TO BRING TO YOUR FREE TRIAL CLASS:

1. Your self in workout clothes

2. A bottle of water

3. Your enthusiasm :)

You won't need anything else. Your coach will take the entire class through a warm-up, they will teach every movement, and they'll make sure to check-in with you throughout the 60-minute class. Hopefully, you'll make a new friend or two along the way!

Oh, and try not to show up on a completely empty stomach. At least an hour (or two) before the class starts, get some coffee, a piece of fruit, or a light breakfast. It will make a difference, we promise.

The brazen Method

Our unique program consists of 5 evidence-based workout types designed to develop superior strength, endurance, conditioning, agility & durability in as little as 12 weeks.

Our BUILD workouts build functional strength 3 days per week. Our SUSTAIN workouts develop cardiovascular endurance. Our TILT and PULSE workouts are for high intensity conditioning. And our FLOW workouts are for mobility, stability and active recovery.
