How does it feel to be packed into a class of 30-40 people like sardines? You won’t feel that way at Brazen. Our classes are capped to ensure our coaches get to spend some 1-on-1 time coaching you.

We incorporate physical therapy and yoga elements into our weekly training in order to help your body recover. We track injury statistics in our members to make sure our programming is as safe as possible.
